In depth position description to present is created and approved by the client company to ensure consistency of what is required.
Commencement of identifying top performers within industry or most closely associated companies of interest.
Within two weeks of obtaining assignment, candidate submission begins of those part of a finalist list to appropriate hiring managers and departments.
Follow up with candidates and client company in arranging for phone screens and face to face interviews as time and schedules permit.
Selection of candidate of interest to client and verbal commitment obtained that acceptable offer will be signed.
Negotiation and finalization of offer to selected candidate and succinct start date identified.
Background and reference checks commence and completed by The Furnari Group's staff.
Written offer signed and returned within specified time period.
